  • Open program for the consideration of eco-system wide management strategies of living resources of Benguela system
  • Broader regional and international co with other relevant marine fisheries organisations institutions and societies
  • Expansion of training and capacity development activities with tertiary institutions and industry alike
  • Cooperation with donors, including multilateral financial institutions, bilateral aid agencies & private foundations
  • Mutually beneficial activities with other SADC and African coastal states, wherever feasible
  • Public & private sector participation, including industry, as relevant to the BENEFIT program
