ENPAT Sensitivity is a summed total of all the various features' sensitivities. Each feature (e.g. wetland, Sandstone, Residential Area) has been assigned a value of 1 (sensitive) or 0 (not sensitive), thereby identifying if a certain feature, like a wetland is environmental sensitive.
