WEDNESDAY, 04 MAY 2005: The Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism has released for public comment draft application forms for long term fishing rights in Cluster A fisheries. The Department invites members of the public, interested and affected parties to comment on these Cluster A fisheries draft application forms.
Cluster A include the following fisheries:
1.Hake Deep sea Trawl,
2.Inshore Trawl,
3.Horse Mackerel,
4.Kwa-Zulu Natal Prawn Trawl,
5.Patagonian Toothfish,
6.Small Pelagics (Anchovy and Sardine Purse-Seine) 7. South Coast Rock Lobster.
Written comments must be submitted to the Department by 17h00 on Tuesday, 10 May 2005 by e-mail only, to the following e-mail address: RVU@deloitte.co.za

The Department also makes available the Draft Explanatory Notes to the Application Forms, and the Draft Procedures for Auditors.
