In its efforts to transform the ideals of South Africa's policies and legislation into visible and participatory integrated waste management programmes, the Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism is sponsoring a competition among the country's towns that aims to contribute to a sustainable future, a healthy environment, a strong economy and a high quality of life for all citizens of our country.
