Indigenous Peoples' International Summit on Sustainable Development

The Indigenous Peoples' International Summit on Sustainable Development gathered indigenous people from all over the world in Kimberley, Northern Cape province, South Africa from 20-23 August 2002. The conference aimed to "bring together indigenous peoples from all parts of the world to share their perspectives on sustainable development and their contributions in achieving this".
