The
Eastern
Cape,
South
Africa's second
largest province, is marked by extremes. While it has a rich variety
of assets such as efficient ports and a spectacular coastline,
poverty and unemployment are rife.
The
'hole in the wall' is a tourist attraction near Coffee Bay
known as izi Khaleni
or 'place of thunder'. The sea has bored
a hole through the sandstone cliffs along the coastline.
