KwaZulu-Natal state of the environment report  The province of KwaZulu-Natal is supported by the Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism and NORAD to complete an investigation into the state of the environment in the province. One of the outcomes of this initiative will be a provincial state of the environment report which is due April 2004.
