Local authority Publikit template A Publikit template to assist local authorities to publish their state of environment report on the Internet is now available. The template is similar to the provincial template but was adapted to suit local authorities. The template will be available form the department mid September 2004. Training for local authorities in the use of Publikit will take place from 20-22 September 2004 in Pretoria.
